NEW DELHI - WikiLeaks leaked reports back on the first nuclear test by India in 1974. China's nuclear test reportedly looked at it as something that has no meaning and refer to the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi a "pass hypocrisy" of her father, Jawaharlal Nehru.

Reports of the United States diplomatic cables (AS) re-disclosed by the WikiLeaks website. In the report, Beijing reportedly commented on India's nuclear test pilot who claimed to be peaceful. But China feels, the test is not important. Similarly, as reported by The Indian Express on Thursday (4/11/2013)

"This could delay and complicate the relationship between the countries in South Asia. India did not say anything about it to China," said Chinese official Li Ta-Nan to the U.S. Embassy on May 29, 1974 last. (11 days after the Indian nuclear test).

U.S. Embassy officials quoted Li as saying that the Indian words for the test is crap. And Li called Gandhi a hypocrite, just like his father.

Meanwhile, according to a report from the U.S. diplomatic sources in Argentina, China was not surprised by India's nuclear tests. The U.S. was rumored to have got information will plan the test in the morning.

Indian Foreign Secretary Kewal Singh also reiterated, a nuclear test conducted trials that country is peaceful. India also remains committed to not utilize that energy in military purposes.

U.S. Embassy at the time it was just assumed, that a nuclear test by India in India currently experiencing economic difficulties. Government of India at that time also began shrouded in a sense of disappointment and a variety of other problems.
