Mumbai police chief Satyapal Singh, described the incident as a shameful event. Singh will promptly investigate the matter and punish the police officers involved. Similarly, as reported by the BBC, Thursday (04/11/2013).
This case is a case of police arrest in large numbers in the first-ever Bollywood State. Indian police re-tarnished image due to the embarrassing scandal.
So far, the Government of India in Maharashtra had launched an anti-corruption campaign right after building collapse events appear. The incident killed 74 residents.
