
4,300 Syrians Killed in Air Raid
DAMASCUS - An international human rights groups say, the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad launched an air strike which killed up to approximately 4,300 residents since last summer.
According to Human Rights Watch (HRW), Syrian fighter jets to target their attacks bakery, residents queue waiting for food even hospitals. The attacks increased after several Syrian territory fell into the hands of the opposition.
HRW describes the report based on the findings that they get in the battle. Agency based in New York, United States (U.S.) that perform inspections at approximately 52 locations in northern Syria. They also undertake the documentation of the 59 Air Force carried out attacks that killed 152 Syrian people.
"The Syrian government airstrikes intentional and killing civilians. Act is done in a systematic and seems to spread to the civilian population is widespread," said HRW, was quoted as saying by Reuters on Thursday (11/04/2013).
"From each village, we found the terrified citizens by their air force. Illegal air strikes have killed and injured many civilians. Much of the attack causing destruction, fear and displaced people," said HRW researcher, Ole Solvang.
HRW further added that the air strikes have killed 4,300 people since July 2012 last. The report also mentions in detail the use of explosives with great strength and sometimes destroyed several homes in one blow.
United Nations (UN), said about 70 thousands of Syrians have been killed in the war in Syria that has lasted for the past two years.
