WASHINGTON - President of the United States (U.S.), Barack Obama does not change his opinion about North Korea's nuclear weapons (North Korea). Obama still believes North Korea has not been able to arm its missiles with nuclear warheads.

"Based on our intelligence assessment, did not occur to us that they (North Korea) have that capability. However we must ensure that the current issues facing us all emergencies out there," Obama said in an interview on NBC's Today on Wednesday (17/4 / 2013).

The black president refuses to explain his assessment of what makes North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un continue to voice its threat to the U.S. and U.S. partners. Obama said the United States had seen the aggressive attitude since the communist country North Korea led Kim Jong-Il and Kim Il-Sung.

"I'm not a psychologist, since I went into this office (White House), one thing I emphasize is, we all would not give 'gifts' to the provocative behavior. Guys do not need to be tapping your spoon on the table," he added.

Obama added that he looked forward to a fairly high at Kim Jong-Un in order to settle down in the next few weeks. Obama also hope that there is a productive step that triggered the North.

So far, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper acknowledged that North Korea has the capability to build nuclear missiles berhululedak. The statement recognized by the 15 intelligence agencies in the land of Uncle Sam, although some other intelligence sources still doubt it.

"We all have to make sure with whom we are dealing. And that's why, we all do the repositioning of the missile defense system," said Clapper.
